Origen Healthcare may communicate with patients through secure electronic systems, including HIPAA-compliant patient portals, messaging applications, telehealth platforms, email or text messaging when authorized by the patient. While we implement safeguards to protect your information, no electronic communication method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Patients may request alternative communication methods if preferred.
Our website and electronic systems may use cookies, analytics or similar technologies to improve functionality, patient experience and website performance. We take reasonable precautions to minimize improper disclosure of protected health information through digital tools and online services.

If you believe your privacy rights have been violated or if you have concerns regarding our privacy practices, you may contact our office directly or file a complaint with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office for Civil Rights.
